What is German A1 Level? 

A1 beginners’ level is a base which has to be strong for higher levels. Our main focus for A1 will be on pronunciation and basic knowledge of German Vocabulary. After completion of this course, students will be able to give their Introduction in German, do basic 'day to day' conversations, get good understandings of Formal and Informal Greetings.

German Language Level A1 certificate, provided by Goethe, is valid in the German embassies as proof of the basic knowledge of German enabling any country citizen to apply for a visa for the subsequent immigration of your spouse.

This is the first level (A1) on the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
